Information shared with our international coordinator and care team is treated as confidential. Online messages are for general guidance and appointment coordination and do not create a doctor–patient relationship or constitute a diagnosis.
4. International patients
International patients should be aware that information shared with the hospital is processed in the People’s Republic of China under applicable Chinese law, and may be transferred across borders only as necessary for care coordination. We will tell you before any transfer that requires your consent.
